Maltby & Company were looking for a new web presence that did a better job at highlighting their vast service offerings in a more effective way than their current site. They also wanted to convey the fact that they have been in the industry a long time and have the experience that other companies may be lacking. Another issue was the fact that they wanted a more automated way for customers to pay as they were spending a good deal of their day processing these transactions.
A clean, succinct design with clear call-to-action was important to capture a users attention as soon as they enter the website. One of the ways of achieving this was to have a video of their crews in action with a contact form in order to capture immediate engagement. In order to capture their vast experience, we created a timeline showing their progress through the years to reinforce this attribute. We created an online payment system which was fully automated which cut down on their administrative duties drastically.
